Player types:
unsportsmanlike, follows the rules but violates spirit of lusory attitude, violates implicit rules because of their strong ambition to win, e.g. older sibling doesn’t let younger sibling to win
degenerate strategy or exploit: playing the game by ensuring victory every time
Player types:
standard: honest, typical rule follower
dedicated, hardcore, interested in winning, possesses lusory attitude unsportsmanlike, follows the rules but violates spirit of lusory attitude, violates implicit rules because of their strong ambition to win, e.g. older sibling doesn’t let younger sibling to win
cheat, violates formal rules to win, secretly break the rules
spoil-sport, hardly a player, doesn’t acknowledge the magic circle
degenerate strategy or exploit: playing the game by ensuring victory every time
